For those of you who were past customers of String Chemistry Café, you all know the club was closed when a new land lord took over and we lost our lease. It’s been over a year now and we have finally found a new and larger location, and we now have two investors, but we still need one more to re-open the club. So, if anyone out there knows of someone, or would like to invest in String Chemistry Dinner Nightclub please let us know.
For those of you who are new visitors to our web page and would like to see what the club was like look to the left of this page and you will see a button for photos. If you click on the photo button to the left it will open up pictures of the club and the entertainers who graced our stage. Then if you click on that picture it will open up a collage of other pictures.
I have also added our statement of purpose and what we propose to bring to our new location.

String Chemistry Dinner Nightclub
Our purpose is to fill the entertainment gap in the Phoenix Metro area with affordable high quality entertainment, food and drink with emphasis on high end entertainment. String Chemistry Dinner Nightclub will be presenting live national and international entertainers six nights a week.
We propose to bring to our new location
String Chemistry Dinner Nightclub is the first true dinner nightclub in the state. Our specialty is presenting high end local, national, and international live entertainment six nights a week. Live Jazz performers will be on stage from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Live Comedy on a national level from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, with live Blues, and or R&B from 11:00pm to 2:00 am, Tuesday through Saturday. Live jazz brunch from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays. Private parties, corporate meetings, and wedding receptions will be as scheduled and by reservation.
Once we are open, our schedule of events, information on scheduled entertainers, ticket sales, our menu, and the ability to make reservations will be posted on our web page at www.stringchemistry.com
Our Sound system
All live entertainment will be brought to our customers over a $65,000.00 QSC sound system, maintained by a full time sound technician. This system provides sound customers can hear, and enjoy while having a conversation with family or friends, and with out having to raise their voices, or yell over the top of the music.
Menu
Our menu is out standing and provides American, Seafood, Cajun, and Vegetarian friendly dishes with appropriate deserts, appetizers, and a children’s menu.
String Chemistry will also provide a fine wine bar, high end liquor and beer bar, cappuccino, latte, and espresso bar serving over 500 flavored coffees, a soda fountain, and a juice bar.
Seating and Decor
Our seating will be comfortable barrel chair seating with wheels for easy movement, placed at both four top, and two top café style tables.
Our décor will be collectible 30’s 40’s, 50’s and 60’s jazz, blues, and classics posters and actual show bills from the same eras, professionally mounted and security hung for customer safety and for obvious security reasons..
Stage, Speakers, Sound Booth
Our stage will be 30 feet long, with under the stage woofers, ceiling mounted directional speakers, to include 12 inset speakers throughout the customer seating area. One each in each rest room and two on the out side patio area.
Our sound will be controlled from a 32 sound board which will be the largest in the state for this type of venue and can accommodate up to 15 musicians at one time, and more then ample space for comics. The sound board will be placed in a sound booth in site of the customer seating area, and operated by a professional sound technician who will control the level of the sound through out the customer seating area, bar, patio, and restrooms at all times.
Baby Grand Piano, and Wireless Sound equipment
We will provide a new Baby Grand Pramberger Piano for the use of all our entertainers, wireless microphones and other wireless equipment that will give all entertainers the ability to move around the customer seating area, adding to a memorable night out of entertainment for all our customers.
Two Entertainers Dressing rooms
Two dressing rooms will be constructed for male and female entertainers. Dressing rooms for our entertainers will be a spacious 12 x12 and furnished for comfort with couches, love seats, dressing tables, clothing racks, end tables, coffee tables, and a restroom.
Our Kitchen
Our kitchen will be 800 to 1000 square feet as designed by our kitchen designer, with the ability to create resort style dinners, deserts, and appetizers.
